Option No. 1
For $99, www.overtaxedproperty.com will produce a challenge package. If www.overtaxedproperty.com determines that your taxes are accurate, www.overtaxedproperty.com will refund all but a $30 research fee.
If overtaxedproperty.com agrees to accept your case the $99 becomes nonrefundable tax attorney
Your challenge package will be emailed to you in a PDF file.
This package is available in 2011.
Option No. 2
For $198, www.overtaxedproperty.com will produce a challenge package. If www.overtaxedproperty.com determines that your taxes are accurate, www.overtaxedproperty.com will refund all but a $30 research fee.
If overtaxedproperty.com agrees to accept your case the $198 becomes nonrefundable tax attorney
In addition, an attonery or licensed real estate agent will be provided to challenge your taxes at the board of review on your behalf
This package is available in 2011.
Option No. 2 - Tax Tribunal
For those attorney/licensed agent represented clients who did not obtain a satisfactory amount of relief from their Board of Review, we will take your case to the Michigan Tax Tribunal at no additional charge (TAX TRIBUNAL CHARGES MAY APPLY). We will protect your rights every year until your hearing, and will prepare for and represent you before the Tribunal. Of the relief (REFUND CHECKS + ADJUSTED TAX BILLS FOR THAT YEAR) we obtain at the Tribunal, overtaxtedproperty.com will be paid 25% of the savings of the total relief, which you will receive in the form of a check from your municipality.

Option No. 3 - Commercial Property
For a $250 nonrefundable retainer, www.overtaxedproperty.com will produce a challenge package and provide an attorney to challenge your taxes at the board of review on your behalf. The Client will be responsible for all costs, fees, appraisal, etc. We agree to represent the client before their Board of Review as well as the "Small Claims" Division of the Michigan Tax Tribunal, if necessary. Over taxed property will be paid an additional 25% of the first two years tax savings upon completion of the Tax Protest.

Option No. 4 - Fighting your Taxes with the Tax Tribunal
Returning Customers w/ Attorney Package

If you are a client who did not use an attorney to represent you, this option is available to you for an additional $99 per property.
Of the relief we obtain at the Tribunal, you will be credited for the first $198 you save, and overtaxtedproperty.com will be paid 25% of the SAVINGS of the total relief, which you will receive in the form of a check from your municipality.
New Customers
For taxpayers who were not overtaxedproperty.com clients as of April 20, 2009, this option will be available to them for $198.
